  • NOPE 😊 We are totally self sufficient. The main thing we need is space to work and of course your keys. Our mobile van is fully equipped with a pressure washer, 275 gallon water tank, generator, air compressor and everything else we need.

    We pride ourselves on having a bother free transaction with our customers. We want you to relax while we do the dirty work .

  • Absolutely . Obviously weather and particular service need to be taken into account but most of the time there’s no issue. The only thing we ask is that you make sure with your employer that it is ok, as we do not want to cause any problems or get kicked out.

  • You do not, though its helpful. But that’s what makes our mobile detailing services so great. You don’t have to worry about us or stop your day for us to work. You can be there when we arrive, leave, and then return before we finish. You can leave us the keys and we can get started and you can arrive afterwards. Or you can not be there at all and just pay online. Once you contact us and let us know your circumstances we will always make an effort to work with you.

  • Unfortunately when it comes to removing an odors, it’s not always accomplished just by cleaning. Depending on the situation you may require a more extensive cleaning process. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation .

  • Yes, we can definetly take care of that for you but if your total invoice does not meet a certain threshold there may be an upcharge. We typically do not go out unless the invoice is at least $125.

  • Yes, we are strictly by appointment only. Sometimes we can do short notice appointments but 98% of the time your detail must be scheduled in advance. This is for both your and our convenience.

  • You can pay by cash,card, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal or Zelle. Unfortunately NO CHECKS. We’ll accept payment once we’re done with the job and you’re happy with the results.

    That being said, if you need to leave before the job is completed, you’ll pay then. We can also send you an online invoice to pay online.

  • Typically we are with our clients for anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours, depending on the service sometimes it can be even longer. It all depends on your vehicle size, the condition, and the services you order.

  • Yes and Yes! We offer a range of different services and packages for you to chose from so that you can get the best results for your budget.

  • Yes Absolutely !

  • Yes absolutely, we are pet owners and have extensive experience with pet hair. That is no problem at all.

  • Typically NO. Discounts are given on a case by case basis. We usually only run a promotion or two a year, mostly around holidays .

  • Yes and we are insured to do so.

  • Yes , very gently.

  • Yes we can. With a proper supreme wash and more than likely some polishing we can remove hard water spots. We would need to evaluate the vehicle in question to give a definitive course of action.

  • We ask that you move the vehicle to a spot with enough space to full open all the doors, then please remove any personal items in the vehicle, especially those in areas you want cleaned. Also please remove any car seats as we will not remove them for safety reasons.

  • Yes, but usually we just have you purchase the detail and have the info of the gift recipient on the form .

  • Not currently but we have plans to expand in the future.

  • Yes we can . For tree sap specifically we do have a surcharge because of the amount of time and chemicals needed to compete the job.
